Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, offering a perfect overnight retreat. Truly, it would have worked for a much longer stay. The included breakfast, while not haute cuisine, had a nice array of choices.

This hotel is fantastic. The people who work here are the real rockstars and they need to be applauded and thanked by name. They are: Lauren Novak, Michael Schwenn, Lindsey McCalla, Taylor Jensen, Tiffany Hamby and Carly Woodhouse. So grateful to all of you who helped make stay so enjoyable. Thank YOU all so much. Comfortable bed, top floor, nice and cozy temperature. The entire staff was quite friendly and the evening meal and breakfast buffet were definitely above average.

The room was very spacious - I loved having a couch with a little bit of privacy from the beds , and a separate sink by the kitchen area. Breakfast was really good - probably the best hotel continental breakfast I had all summer. The pool was very popular, though I didn't have time to use it. Staff was very friendly. We could walk to restaurants.I appreciated the workout room as well. Easy access to highway and shopping - it was just what we needed for a family road trip.
